Fruit (Chilled Wedges)
- Apples (all varieties)

- Cheddar (Sharp)

Prepare omelette by whisking eggs and milk together. Add salt and pepper. Portion into non-stick omelette pan with a small amount of butter or oil if necessary. Cook until set. Flip or turn omelette. Portion the salmon, cheese (1/2 cup), and vegetable mixture in the center of omelette. After folding omelette in half, allow remaining cheese to melt on top and turn out onto warm serving plate. Garnish with julienne Samnzar Smokeshack Salmon. |
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Samnzar Smokeshack Salmon Jerky (diced or julienne)
- 4 Eggs
- 3 tbsp. Milk
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 tbsp. Butter or Cooking Oil
- 3/4 cup Cheddar Cheese (grated)
- 1/2 cup Potatoes (thin sliced)
- 1/4 cup Squash (sliced)
- 1/4 cup Broccoli flowerets (grated)
- 1/4 cup Carrots (shredded)

Smoked Salmon Pizza"LUAU" Style |

Combine flour, salt, sugar, soy flour, oil, yeast, and warm water. Form into a ball. Put onto a lightly-floured surface, and knead until the dough is smooth. Put dough into a well-oiled bowl, and turn to coat dough completely. Cover with a damp cloth, and put in a warm spot for 2 hours. Punch down the dough. Roll out dough to fit a 14" pizza pan. Let rise until doubled in size. Bake at 375 F° until crust is a very light golden color. Remove from oven. Put toppings on the pizza. Bake for 20 minutes, or until toppings are done. |
Pizza Dough:
- 1 - 1/4 tsp. Active Dry Yeast
- 2 cups Whole Wheat Bread Flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. soy flour
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp. warm water (110 F°)
Toppings:
- 1 can tomato pizza sauce
- 1- 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 3/4 cup Samnzar Smokeshack Salmon Jerky (minced or strips)
- Black Olives (Sliced)
- Pineapple (diced or chunked)

Easy Smoked Salmon Jerky Puff Pastry |

Thaw pastry sheet at room temperature 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 F°. Unfold pastry on lightly floured surface. Roll into 15" x 10" rectangle. Cut in half lengthwise and place on 2 baking sheets. Pierce thoroughly with fork. Bake 10 minutes. Cut each pastry into 4 squares for a total of 8 servings. Mix salmon, mayonnaise and lemon juice well. Stuff each pastry shell with mixture. Serve with your favorite chilled Italian White Wine. |
Ingredients:
- 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farms
Frozen Puff Pastry Sheets (1 sheet)
- 1 cup Samnzar Smokeshack Salmon Jerky (Flake with fork)
- 1/2 cup Best Foods Mayonnaise (suit to taste)
- 1 - 1/2 tsp. Lemon Juice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare bottom of 9-inch deep pie dish by spraying with non-stick cooking spray. Line with pie pastry. Cover bottom of dish with asparagus, smoked salmon, cashew nuts, chives and sprinkle with cheese. Set aside. In medium bowl, beat eggs, whipping cream, and dill until thoroughly combined. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until crust and eggs are lightly browned and quiche is puffy in center. |
