Do you smoke the salmon yourselves or do you incorporate
a factory-based facility?
Yes, we smoke the salmon ourselves. This allows us to
give each batch special attention to ensure your
satisfaction in our product.
What process do you use to smoke the salmon?
- First we purchase the salmon from the finest Alaskan Fisheries.
- It is then smoked with seasoned applewood.
- Two days (48 hrs.) brine/cure/marinated.
- We use 13 different spices in our brine/marinate to provide
a sweet flavor, jerky style salmon.
- We use no artificial additives or preservatives.
How do I know that I am getting it fresh delivered to my door?
Look for the "Period Code" which is located on the back of the package stating the date smoked salmon was completed. Our salmon jerky does not require refrigeration.
